Hope Collection

Following the successful launch of the limited edition Harry Winston Hope Collection™ Bracelet, the House of Harry Winston is pleased to continue the gift of giving in a new, charming way.

Launching spring 2013, the Harry Winston Hope Collection™ Charm features a sleek white gold and engraved mother-of-pearl design set with a delicate Winston diamond at the center, and can be worn as either a pendant, or as part of a charm bracelet.

The Harry Winston Hope Collection represents Harry Winston’s longstanding commitment to supporting local communities, a tradition that began with the company’s founder Mr. Harry Winston. From 1949 – 1953, Harry Winston organized an exhibition known as “The Court of Jewels,” which toured to key cities across America raising money for local charitable causes. At the heart of the exhibition was the Hope Diamond, a 45.52 carat deep blue diamond, considered to be one of the rarest and most famous diamonds in the world. In 1958, Mr. Winston donated the Hope Diamond to the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. as a gift to the world.

Inspired by Mr. Winston’s generosity, in November 2010, Harry Winston, Inc. launched a new philanthropic platform, The Harry Winston Brilliant Futures™ Charitable Program. Within this program, the company remains dedicated to supporting leading organizations around the globe that strive to remove barriers for disadvantaged youth to obtain a quality education and the skills necessary to be successful in life; provide access to cultural and artistic enrichment; and enable healthy futures.

The Harry Winston Hope Collection is available at The Shops at Crystals.

While a jewel is usually the star of an accessory, a piece’s links can steal the show. Paul Smith’s “Love You” bracelet is held together with gold colored letters, including a stunning burgundy enamel 'O.’ From its recently updated Serpenti collection, BVLGARI features an incredible snake-inspired bracelet held together with links made of pink gold and grey mother of pearl with round brilliant cut diamonds.

Celebrating 120 Years

Mikimoto celebrates 120 years of rich heritage and a long-standing tradition of producing the world’s most exquisite pearls. The vision was first born when Kokichi Mikimoto succeeded in creating the world’s first cultured pearl, forever changing the industry.

“It’s been 120 years since Kokichi cultivated the first pearl, and to commemorate that milestone, Mikimoto is unveiling a high-jewelry collection that showcases modern twists to the brand’s signature looks.

Called 120, Mikimoto has created 12 collections, each with various styles, to tell the story of the brand’s heritage and future. Ranging in price from $50,000 to $500,000, the pieces incorporate different kinds and colors of pearls, such as conch and melo and gold and black. Further color is woven into the collections with water opals, pink sapphires, carved jade, cabochon star sapphires, onyx, diamonds and yellow, white and pink gold.

The high end-jewelry collection, which includes necklace, bracelets, rings and earrings and pendants, uses rare pearls and stones, which Mikimoto customer has come to expect over the years.”

Kokichi Mikimoto’s legacy endures in the pieces acquired by Mikimoto customers around the world.
