As the ambassadors of Crystals at CityCenter, the Concierge team delivers a level of personalized service that sets a newbenchmark in the retail industry. The team assists in arranging a wide variety of services for guests and tenants of Crystals as well as guests of all MGM Resort International properties. From coordinating restaurant reservations and booking show tickets to coordinating events, the Concierge team plays a critical role in implementing the customer-service-based initiatives that the Crystals Management team has developed. Centrally located, The Concierge Desk can be found at the “trunk” of the iconic Tree House. The Concierge desk’s main line is 702-590-9230.
Ticket Sales for MGM Resorts International Shows
For the convenience of our valued guests, ticket sales for all of the MGM Resort International properties’ shows, including Cirque du Soleil shows, are available for purchase at the Concierge desk. Additionally, guests Crystals can print and/or pick up tickets that were purchased from any MGM Resorts International property or website at our Concierge desk during business hours.
Hours of Operation
The Concierge at Crystals is available to meet the needs of our guests seven days a week. The hours of operation are:
·Sunday through Thursday, 10am to 11pm
·Friday through Saturday, 10am to 12 midnight.
